When you run a Google search query, the ranking of results is done by default according to the rules of natural SEO. The date of freshness of the information (update time) is one of the elements of this sorting, but not the only one.

You have the possibility to have Google sort the results by date of freshness:

1. Click on Tools then Any Time
2. Choose the desired period (it is advisable to select “Past year”)
3. Then you can change “Sorted by relevance” to “Sorted by date”

Obviously, activating this option will considerably decrease the number of your results – but you will be able to access CVs or profiles recently updated (which should be more open to a new opportunity!).

Sorting by date is particularly interesting if you search inside a site with a large volume of profiles or CVs.

Good hunting to all!
