This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between you (the “User”) and InHiro, a.s. (“InHiro, a.s.”, “we”, or “us”).

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. To better protect you, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Information we collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the InHiro, a.s. website. On some pages, you can create an account, update your account and/or make requests. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
First/last name
Company name
Email address
Account password
Credit/debit card information for billing
Billing postal code for verification
Browser information
IP address

Information collected from “Job Ad” input forms (applications)
As you know, InHiro, a.s. offers a job ad creation tool, output being a separate webpage with input forms for the Applicant to fill out. These might be:
Applicant Name
Applicant E-mail address
Applicant telephone number
Additional applicant information

By filling out the information and sending it, the Applicant agrees that the data might be used and stored until revoked.

How we use data collected from and about the applicants
One of the key features of InHiro, a.s. is collecting and analyzing relevant data about the applicants. We only track public data, or data willingly submitted by the applicant. We do not share the data and the output is only visible to the account owner and Service provider (InHiro, a.s.).

How we use personal information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order and to provide fantastic customer service during the term of your service. We do not share this information with outside parties without your permission. Although InHiro, a.s. owns the data storage, databases and the InHiro, a.s. site, you retain all rights to your data. We will also not utilize your data in our databases to compete with you, to advertise or market to your clients, or to contact your clients for any other means of profit. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses, except under the following circumstances:

If it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
If InHiro, a.s. is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, InHiro, a.s. will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

What You Provide to Us (Content)
You are legally responsible for all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials uploaded, posted or stored in connection with your use of the Services (“Content”). InHiro, a.s. is not responsible for your Content. You hereby grant InHiro, a.s. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and use the Content in order to provide you with the Services and hereby represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant us such license. You are responsible for any Content that may be lost or unrecoverable through your use of the Services. You are encouraged to archive your Content regularly and frequently.

Monitoring What You Provide Us
InHiro, a.s. may, but has no obligation to, monitor Content on websites created using our Services. We may disclose any information necessary or appropriate to satisfy our legal obligations, protect InHiro, a.s. or its customers, or operate the Services properly. InHiro, a.s., in its sole discretion, may refuse to post, remove, or require you to remove, any Content, in whole or in part, alleged to be unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement.

Giving Us Access to Other Accounts and Services
Some of our Services may require you to give us access to or require you to provide login information and password information for accounts or services you may have with third party providers. When you provide this information to us or give us access to these third party accounts you agree that you have read all contracts and written agreements governing such access, login information and passwords and that you have all the necessary contractual and legal rights to give us such access, login information and passwords.

Will you ever share my email address?
Spam sucks. We never sell or rent your personal information. Your email address will only be shared with a third party if required by law or covered in this disclosure.

Billing and refund policy
We are using a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing (Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.). Therefore we do not store, retain or use your billing information. The Service is billed in advance for each month according to your chosen plan, and is non-refundable. If you do not provide your credit card or other payment information before the expiration of any free trial period, your account will be suspended until payment information and charge authorization are provided.

Modifications to the Service fees
If you decide to change your plan during the billing cycle, your credit card will then be charged your new billing rate every 30 days thereafter unless you cancel your account.
